Is this the official IELTS test?
No. 7plus is an independent practice platform, not affiliated with IELTS, IDP, the British Council or Cambridge. Its screens are laid out like the computer-delivered test so the real day feels familiar, but a score here is practice, not an official result.
What can I do for free?
Create an account and take the demo tests: two Listening tests, a Reading test and five Writing tasks, and their parts one at a time. Speaking, the mock tests and AI feedback come with a paid plan.
Which plan should I choose?
Basic ($10) opens every test, part and mock, and Speaking with an examiner you hear. Pro ($15) adds AI feedback on your Writing and Speaking — 10 Writing and 5 Speaking checks a month. Pro+ ($20) gives four times the checks, for the weeks before your test. See Plans.
What is an AI check, and is its band exact?
One Writing check reads what you submitted — a task or a whole test — and gives feedback on each criterion with an estimated band. One Speaking check does the same for a whole sitting, from your recording. The band is an estimate: an examiner may place you half a band or a band either way. Listening and Reading bands come from published conversion tables.
How do I pay, and can I cancel?
By card, through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Prices are in US dollars with tax included, and plans renew monthly. Cancel any time in Account → Subscription → Manage billing; your plan stays open to the end of the month you paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — your first payment in full if you ask within 3 days, and any charge made by mistake. Renewals are not refunded, but you can cancel before the next one. See the Refund Policy.
Why was I signed out on my other device?
An account is for one person and works on one device at a time: signing in on a new device signs the others out. Nothing is lost — your answers are saved, and a test you were in the middle of continues from where you left it.
Does the Listening recording really play only once?
Yes, as on the day: no pause, no rewind. If you leave the tab it waits for you, and after you submit the transcript shows where each answer was said.
How do I delete my account?
Account → Profile → Delete my account. It cancels any paid plan and erases your account, tests, writing and recordings. See the Privacy Policy.
