Terms of Service

Last updated 4 October 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Zhubayev Kazybek, who runs 7plus (7plus.study) from Astana, Kazakhstan. By creating an account or buying a plan you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What 7plus is

7plus is an independent website for practising for the computer-delivered IELTS test: Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking practice, mock tests, and feedback on your work. It is not the IELTS test, and it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to IELTS, IDP, the British Council, or Cambridge University Press & Assessment. A score here is practice, not an official result, and does not predict or guarantee any result in the real test.

3. Plans and payment

4. AI feedback

On the Pro and Pro+ plans, Writing and Speaking can be checked by an AI model. Its feedback and its band are an estimate: a trained examiner may place the same work differently, often by half a band or a band either way. Do not rely on it as an official assessment. Listening and Reading bands come from published conversion tables.

5. The practice material

The tests, recordings, texts, questions, answers, feedback and the website itself are protected by copyright and other rights. You may use them for your own preparation only. You may not copy, record, download in bulk, publish, resell, or share them, or use automated tools to collect them.

6. Fair use

You agree not to:

If you break these terms we may suspend or close your account. Where you have paid, we will refund the unused part of your current month unless the account was closed for sharing, scraping or fraud.

7. Availability

We work to keep the service running and accurate, but it is provided as it is: there may be interruptions, maintenance or mistakes in content. If something is wrong, tell us at support@7plus.study and we will fix it.

8. Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses — including a test result, an admission, a visa or a job outcome — and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters to you, we will tell you by email or on the site before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and disputes go to the courts of Astana, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
